First DC Adventure

Its Cherry Blossom season around these parts. Meaning we all gather…to look at trees. I have trees in my yard…why do I feel the need to drive into DC to see a bunch of trees? Cuz thats what we do here….and they’re pretttyyyy.

Well…I attempted to do this today, thinking its a Tuesday…shouldn’t be that crowded…HA.We gave up on the tidal basin and settled for the trees on Haynes Point….just as good right? Not really, but with three kids in tow under the age of 2, we make do :).

Good luck to anyone attempting to go down there this weekend…bring your jet packs so u can fly yourself to the tidal basin after parking in Germany.
