I love Pinterest. LOVE it.

I’ve made a bunch of stuff, mostly recipes, and I’ve made a bunch of stuff for people from the sight. I get a lot of questions about where I get all my recipes and thought maybe I should start highlighting some of my favorites for those of ya’ll not following my excessive amount of pins. Sometimes the pins gets lost in the madness, so to help with that, I thought I’d start reviewing some of my favorites.

First up, last nights dinner.

P hates beans. And I hate sour cream, so that means none of that made it into our casserole. And I didn’t have any cumin…or italian dressing…or cilantro… but…it was fine without it…probably better with…. but I work with what I have :). I added the fresh tomatoes on my half/ left them off of P’s, but in the end it was easy, it was yummy, and i’d make it again.
