There are a few things that normally say “winter is almost over” to me, besides the typical such as:

1. It’s March or something

2. It’s not 30 degrees everyday

3. My hair starts being non-lifeless and goes back to normal again

But besides these 3 obvious tickers, I know winter is almost over when…

I’d go broke going to all of them, but nothing says summer to me like outdoor concert venues…
